About the Role:

As a Crypto Support Specialist at Coinbase, you'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking help with their accounts, transactions, and navigating the platform. You'll work closely with users to resolve issues, provide guidance, and offer solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of Coinbase's diverse customer base, enabling them to fully engage with the world of cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via email, chat, or phone.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses to a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, transactions, platform functionality, and security.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Educate users on basic cryptocurrency concepts and guide them through using Coinbase's features effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions in CRM tools, ensuring all necessary details are recorded.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of support requests while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology (training provided).
  • Experience with customer support platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • A passion for technology and helping others understand complex topics.
