Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) plays a vital role in supporting revenue growth and enhancing customer experience at Fast Logistics. The CCS is responsible for booking management, handling customer inquiries and complaints, lead generation, and supporting commercial coordination. This role requires constant collaboration with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and the identification of business opportunities. The CCS also serves as a subject matter expert for booking and customer support processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused communication across all interactions.
The ideal candidate is a college graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or a related field, with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service or logistics. They possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a pleasant phone presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate internal systems such as ZOHO and other IT tools is required. They should be capable of managing and documenting customer interactions professionally and confidentially. Experience in lead generation and basic sales follow-through is an advantage, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of logistics, customer engagement practices, and CRM systems is also considered a plus.
