Job Summary

The Facility Care Technician works on day-to-day facility needs, minor repairs, and general building support to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs on doors, fixtures, equipment, and common areas
  • Assist with preventive maintenance schedules
  • Monitor building conditions and report issues
  • Respond to maintenance calls and support staff needs
  • Help with event setups, moving items, and general building tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy work area

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance, handyman, or similar work is a plus
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
  • Able to lift, carry, and move equipment as required
