We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Project or Program Manager
with strong
Scrum Master
expertise to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the
Asset Management
and
Data Solutions
domains. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of
end-to-end project delivery
, particularly in
financial services
, with a strong understanding of
data governance, data migration, data platforms, and regulatory reporting
. You will be responsible for managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders while fostering an Agile culture and removing delivery roadblocks.

Qualifications
:

  • 7+ years of experience as a
    Project or Program Manager
    , with experience in a
    Scrum Master
    or Agile delivery role.
  • Demonstrated success in
    delivering Asset Management and Data-related projects
    , such as:
  • Data platform migrations
  • Master data management (MDM)
  • Regulatory reporting (e.g., ESG, MiFID, Basel)
  • Investment or portfolio data systems
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    , Scrum, and Waterfall/Hybrid models.
  • Experience managing technical project life cycles, including
    data architecture
    ,
    ETL pipelines
    , and
    data governance frameworks
    .
  • Proficiency in tools like
    JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, and SharePoint
    .
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and compliance teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working within
    Asset Management firms
    ,
    Investment Banks

    Wealth Management
    environments.
  • Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g.,
    Certified Scrum Master

  • Familiarity with
    cloud data platforms
