Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager are:Lead and drive end-to-end change and transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology domains

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define, structure, and implement strategic programs that align with organizational goals

Develop and execute project and change management plans, including communication, training, coaching, sponsorship, and resistance management strategies

Conduct change impact assessments, assess change readiness, and embed change management practices within strategic initiatives

Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution of project dependencies and impediments

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment

Manage external vendors, project teams, and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of transformation programs

Foster organizational capability in project and change management through coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Project Manager should have:Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Solid grasp of how individuals experience and adapt to change, with the ability to guide teams through transitions

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with adaptability in a fast-paced environments

Strategic thinker with a forward-looking, holistic approach to transformation and problem solving

Proven ability to manage complexity, navigate ambiguity, and remain resilient under pressure

Collaborative team player capable of working effectively at all organizational levels

Familiarity with project management methodologies and a solid understanding of end-to-end business operations
