Job Summary

The Revenue Associate will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the hotel's revenue performance. This position supports the Revenue Team in ensuring accurate financial data, optimizing profitability, and assisting in the development of strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Assist in monitoring room, gaming, and ancillary revenues.
  • Support in implementing revenue strategies and pricing models.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in audits as required.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other departments to align revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in hotel or casino finance/revenue management is an advantage, but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
