We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic plans, and ensure revenue targets are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to inspire and coach a team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Set sales goals, track performance, and generate regular reports for senior management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
