As a Site Quality Inspector, you'll ensure that the project meets strict quality and safety standards. From inspecting components to monitoring on-site processes, you'll be the quality gatekeeper for large-scale renewable energy projects.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect delivered turbine components (blades, nacelles, towers, hubs) for damage/defects
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections during installation and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and approved procedures
  • Report and track non-conformities, verify corrective actions
  • Coordinate with installation teams, commissioning engineers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain inspection records, checklists, and daily reports
  • Support site audits, client walk-downs, and third-party inspections
  • Promote safe work practices and enforce HSE & QA/QC standards

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years' field inspection/quality control experience (wind, energy, or construction)
  • Knowledge of wind turbine installation & ISO quality standards
  • Skilled in reading engineering drawings & using inspection tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, software)
  • Familiarity with QMS & documentation control
  • Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills in English
