QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Has at least 2-3 years' work experience in construction or real estate industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Innovation Management

  • Participate in the implementation of the department's innovation process, program, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with employees, SME, other groups/departments, and business partners to value engineering studies and customer delight innovation projects.

Internal Innovation Studies

  • Conducts research and prepares data of internal innovation studies and organizes them into a report.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gain innovation insights.
  • Contribute to the generation of new ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect mockup (when necessary).

Technical Evaluation for Vendor Accreditation Support

  • Prepare technical evaluations for endorsed Civil, Architectural, Structural (CAS) and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) subcontractors based on initial assessment, product presentation, project site visit, and necessary processes.
  • Propose potential refinement in technical evaluation processes.

Subject Matter Experts

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (lead or member) within their area of specialization.
  • Provide recommendations to projects sites queries submitted thru RFA/RFI.
  • Improve technical specifications of assigned SME.
