Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal standards, and project requirements
  • Track contract status, amendments, variations, and expirations
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams on contract matters
  • Maintain accurate contract records and document control systems
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and milestones
  • Assist in claims, change orders, and contract close-out activities
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in contract administration or related roles
  • Basic understanding of contract law and commercial terms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
