BizRA Global Solutions, Inc. is a business process outsourcing company focused on providing back-office services to local and off-shore entities. Successful candidates will be supporting our main and trusted partner, a Global financial service company via blockchain technology, legacy banking, and mobile financial services infrastructure.

BizRA is composed of telecom executives, start-up veterans, finance professionals, customer management professionals and is looking for a full-time Junior Accountant.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions on the accounting books of assigned clients, including data collection, variance analysis, and transaction summarization.
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts, including inter-company accounting activities.
  • Manage and organize historical financial data for assigned clients.
  • Assist in external and internal audits, including investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and compliance issues.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of existing accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Participate in meetings and consultations regarding client accounting and finance management.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • You must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Accountancy
  • You are a CPA (required) or ACCA affiliate (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in finance, accounting, audit and tax
  • Experienced in using QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
  • Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles; especially in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Deep understanding of the financial services in the regulatory environment
  • Fluent English, possessing superior communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • You can demonstrate your attention to detail, being able to quickly move your focus and multi-task.
  • Excellent financial analysis skills, database and worksheet management skills.
  • Team player and should be flexible in work functions.
