Job Summary:

The Aircon Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment. The role ensures that HVAC systems operate efficiently to provide a comfortable and safe environment for clients or employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and test air conditioning systems (window, split-type, package, VRF/VRV).
  • Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of units.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
  • Replace defective parts and recommend solutions for system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
  • Provide technical support and customer service as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, vocational course, or TESDA certification (e.g.,
    Commercial Air-conditioning Installation & Servicing NC III
    ).
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with NC certifications may apply).
  • Knowledge in electrical systems, refrigeration cycle, and HVAC troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
  • Physically fit, with good problem-solving and communication skills.
