Our organization is seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning (AC) Technician to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Install new AC systems, including wiring, piping, and ductwork, in accordance with specifications and safety standards.

  • Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance such as cleaning filters, inspecting components, and checking refrigerant levels to ensure efficient system operation.

  • Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Troubleshooting: Investigate system malfunctions to identify root causes and develop appropriate solutions.

  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain technical issues, recommend services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigerant handling, electrical wiring, and plumbing.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.

  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is preferred.

  • Valid driver's license. (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
