Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and company.
  • Understand client needs and communicate project requirements clearly to internal teams.
  • Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status, sample submissions, approvals, and production schedules.
  • Support clients in the product development process, including formulation selection, packaging options, and regulatory requirements.
  • Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications, project details, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project reports as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
