What You'll Do

Own Quality from Day One

  • Design and execute manual and automated test strategies across functional, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Champion shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practices

Build & Scale Automation

  • Develop robust automation frameworks using Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium
  • Create meaningful test reports using Allure, Jira/XRay
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)

Ensure Enterprise-Grade Reliability

  • Identify, track, and resolve defects with strong root cause analysis
  • Perform performance and reliability testing using K6, Artillery
  • Validate applications across cloud environments (AWS, GCP)

Collaborate & Influence

  • Partner with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality
  • Provide quality insights that influence delivery decisions and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years experience in QA Automation / Quality Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test strategy, and SDLC

  • Hands-on expertise with:

  • Automation: Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO, LambdaTest

  • CI/CD: GitLab
  • Languages: JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Performance Testing: K6, Artillery
  • Experience testing enterprise, banking, or telco platforms (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
