About the Role

The Enterprise Architect Director is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategies that enable scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders and clients to align business vision with innovative technology platforms—driving digital transformation and architectural excellence across all domains.

As a trusted advisor and people leader, you will guide high-impact architecture initiatives, influence enterprise decisions, and build world-class architecture teams that deliver measurable business outcomes.


What You'll Do

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

  • Define and lead enterprise architecture vision, strategy, roadmaps, and standards aligned with business goals
  • Govern architecture across application, integration, data, infrastructure, and cloud domains
  • Establish best practices ensuring security, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executives and senior client stakeholders
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical, enterprise-grade architecture solutions

Solution Delivery & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, patterns, and design playbooks
  • Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and complex client engagements
  • Recommend reusable, scalable, and future-proof technology solutions
  • Guide solution design across applications, data platforms, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure architecture decisions deliver long-term value and business agility

Technical Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing enterprise architecture teams
  • Oversee delivery quality, resource planning, and performance across initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, methodologies, and governance models
  • Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the organization

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and large digital transformation programs

Technical & Architecture Expertise

  • Strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Agility
  • Proven advisory experience in cloud, data, security, and platform modernization
  • Expertise across architecture layers: UI/B2C, application, integration, data, and cloud
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, containers, serverless, DevOps, and cybersecurity
  • Extensive experience in architecture governance and standards
  • TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect (or equivalent) – required
