Responsibilities

  • Handle accounting duties, including AP/AR, preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation, data entry, filing etc.
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Maintain proper records on accounting system
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting analyses and reports
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
  • At least 1 year working experience in Accounting field
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
