The Role:

Our role might be your opportunity to excel in the dynamic world of Recruitment Administration. Are you interested? We would like to talk with you

It's not just about what you do it's also about how you do it. In the EC&C Centre of Excellence, we are committed to setting you up for success by giving you clear goals together with the training, development and support that is needed to achieve them.

Typical performance measures include:

  • Delivering 100% of annual hiring demand, onboarding 100% of all cohorts within agreed timeframes
  • Candidate conversion rates (for example ratio of candidates provided to a Hiring Manager to those offered interview) and DE&I target rates if applicable
  • Data completion and accuracy (incl. dashboards, EoC reviews and regular MI reporting)
  • 100% compliance with all mandatory AMS and Client required training.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with their AMS team and the client to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will lead on recruiting / candidate selection & onboarding discussions and ensure you're viewed as a thought leader who can expertly develop the best strategies that deliver great talent and ensure positive candidate experience throughout all stages of selection process. Ensure the selection process is effective, fair and transparent.
  • Partner with experts in wider EC&C CoE to develop effective selection strategies and ensure that you're using talent intelligence to influence your client stakeholders and hiring outcomes. Proactively ensure you're bringing insight and intelligence to recruiting discussions.
  • Show tact and confidence in talking to client stakeholders. Ensure you're leveraging your knowledge and wider AMS network to propose solutions that deliver the right results for your clients and AMS.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers with accurate and complete information to help them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand and share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes, advocating potential solutions and process improvements
  • Support, coach, and mentor junior colleagues, acting as lead in problem solving discussions.
  • Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to ongoing professional development within your role, so you can support your client to hire the best talent in the market, not just those who are actively on the market.
  • Understand and utilise data to measure the success of delivery, review, refine, innovate, and adapt your approach as required.
  • Engage with your target audience in a professional and authentic way. Communicate effectively using various channels e.g., email, social media and over the phone.
  • Have high quality, consultative conversations with your stakeholders.
  • Gain insight into candidate skills, background, behaviours, career aspirations and motivations and use this to make informed selection decisions.
  • Support candidates keeping them up to date as they progress through the recruitment process. Actively work with your candidates to talent pool them and create lasting relationships that enables you to re-engage them to support future hiring needs.

Skills & Experience:

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build great relationships and partner independently with clients and candidates. Clear, engaging and professional in written communications with the ability to digest, retain and utilise information to influence others.
  • Demonstrable mastery in junior talent candidate selection techniques with the ability to use data and in-depth market knowledge to create and adapt selection & onboarding processes as and when needed
  • Mastery of the in house ATS or CRM technologies.
  • An understanding of how market shifts and changes in candidate behaviours impact the ability to source and hire great talent. The ability to use this understanding to adapt strategies and articulate key messages and be viewed as an expert thought leader.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Experience of using a range of tools and systems including in house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
