Job Description

  • Provide high-quality customer service to customer, and ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via call, email or chat
  • Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion
  • Ensure that all customers inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
  • Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time

Qualifications

  • Amenable to work ONSITE
  • Preferably with BPO Experience, but not required
  • SHS Graduate or at least 2 years in College are welcome to apply
  • With strong understanding of relevant hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work with various technologies and adapt to changing environment
