We are seeking an Accounting Specialist (Parts & Business Management Focus) to optimize profitability and drive the budget strategy for the entire parts operations. This strategic, high-visibility role requires application of strong accounting background to budget management and financial reporting for top management. Your primary mandate is to optimize operations, driving the financial health of the parts department while coordinating with the dealer network to boost sales and maximize operational results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly KPIs, prepare specialized reports, and present data-driven recommendations directly to top management.
  • Spearhead budget management, cost-cutting initiatives, and ensure financial control for the warehouse operation.
  • Strategically engage with the dealer network to meet sales goals and coordinate activities to boost parts sales.
  • Propose and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and workflows.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Financial Expertise: Proven experience in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Degree in Accounting or an Accounting-related field
  • Understanding of financial planning, budget control, and accounting principles.
  • Preferably able to safely and confidently drive 4-wheel vehicles
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
