As a Recruitment & Admin Support (Social Media Assistance), you will play a critical role in identifying top -tier talent, supporting brokers and financial services teams, and contributing to the growth of world -class offshore operations.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast -paced recruitment environment, understands both skills and cultural requirements, and is passionate about matching exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
End -to -End Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to client endorsement, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for mortgage -aligned roles, including administrative, operations, and broker support positions.
• Conduct competency -based interviews and assess candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
• Join client's sales and discovery calls to deeply understand client needs, culture, workflows, and role expectations.
• Convert client insights into accurate job briefs, recruitment strategies, and candidate profiles.
• Provide market insights, recommendations, and talent strategy support to both the client's team and clients.
Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Talent Engagement
• Create recruitment marketing content, job ads, social media posts, and candidate engagement materials that align with the client's brand.
• Execute effective digital sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, and niche talent communities.
• Enhance employer branding through compelling multimedia assets (visuals, reels, captions, templates, prompts, etc.).
Industry Understanding & Talent Positioning
• Use knowledge of the Australian mortgage and lending sector to evaluate candidate suitability (loan processing, broker support, CRM tools, aggregator relationships, etc.).
• Stay updated on industry trends, evolving role expectations, and salary benchmarks.
• Educate candidates on the nuances of working with Australian mortgage brokers and financial services clients.

Required Qualifications
• 2–3 years of full -cycle recruitment experience (ideally within BPO, offshore staffing, or mortgage/finance environments).
• Strong background in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Advantageous: Experience recruiting for Australian mortgage roles or familiarity with the lending/broker ecosystem.
• Advantageous: Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and tools such as Canva for content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong client -facing presence with the ability to build trust and long -term relationships.
• Creative mindset with passion for recruitment marketing and social media engagement.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into targeted recruitment strategies.
• Highly organized, detail -oriented, and able to work in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment.
• Tech -savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRMs, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and helping candidates secure meaningful opportunities.
