Requirements

  • Proven abilities, experience is not necessary but initiative and focus is a must.
  • Portfolio of completed design projects
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and Invision
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
  • Attention to visual details
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field is an advantage
  • Knowledge in 3D, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Knowledge in photography, motion graphics, and video creation is a plus
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques and have strong background on branding and corporate identity. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production both for print and digital media.

The perfect person for this role:

You're an experienced designer/production artist with more years of experience, who can take a creative brief and quickly turn around a finished proof using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. You don't need a lot of handholding and are comfortable working directly with requestors and more senior team members, but are also good at working in a collaborative environment. We need somebody who can follow the vision of existing work and help us move our projects from in-progress to complete.

What you'll do:

Working closely with members of our Marketing team, you could be versioning letters in InDesign, then the next day resizing banners in Figma, and everything in between as long as it involves designing and creativity.
