Job Description

  • Assist walk-in and corporate clients
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads
  • Handle individual projects
  • Close deals and handle negotiation of personal clients
  • Assist clients with space planning, color schemes, selection of finishes, and others
  • Give interior design advices
  • Coordinate with interior design firms and FF&E
  • Draft quotations and make furniture production plans and drawings
  • Accomplish other reasonable duties which may be required by the management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Design/Interior Design/Architecture or other related courses.
  • Required skill(s): Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Cad, 3D Studio Max
  • Software requirements are flexible for candidates who demonstrate willingness to learn the required programmes
  • Preferably with Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
  • Sales background is an advantage but not required
  • With pleasing and charismatic personality
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to do field work
  • Field work includes client site visits, site measurements, and installation supervision
  • English proficiency is a must (both written and oral)
