Duties:

What you'll do:

a. Help plan research projects: You'll assist in figuring out what research we need to do and how to do it (like surveys or interviews) to create new loan products for small businesses.

b. Talk to small business owners: You'll go out and talk to the people we want to lend to, to understand what they need and how much they might borrow. This helps us create the right loan options.

c. Keep an eye on what's happening with small businesses: You'll help track news and trends about small businesses to help our team understand the market.

d. Create simple tools for research: You'll help make templates and guides that our team can use to do research and develop new loan ideas.

e. Build a library of research: You'll help collect and organize reports about our current loan products for small businesses.

f. Work on special projects: You'll help with other research tasks and even help create proposals for new and exciting projects for our company.

g. Help the team work together: You'll help coordinate tasks with other team members and connect with research groups outside our company to get useful information and better ways to do research.

h. Guide new team members: You'll help train and support junior members of the research team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,637.00 per month
