The ICT Infrastructure Supervisor supervise the performance and reliability of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring its seamless operation, updating current network resources, and configuring new ones. The IT Supervisor also manage the team of technical engineers and plays a crucial role in addressing network security threats.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the technical support Engineers in the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises the computer network.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes and procedures

  • Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational goals and industry standards

  • Coordinate with current and existing vendors/ suppliers/ providers of ICT infrastructure and ensure SLA or warranties are followed

  • Spearheads installation and deployment of CCTV and ICT devices, peripherals and others, based on department standards and guidelines, and approved by the department head

  • Administer the company's email server and take responsibility of the overall security of the company's official email accounts.

  • Ensure confidentiality of ICT documents and information.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

  • With 3 years of work experience in the same capacity, as IT Supervisor

  • With knowledge and experience in Network and Server Administration, Firewall Administration, Virtualization, Computer hardware troubleshooting, Switches and Routers Configuration, VLAN's, Routing Protocols, Network Analysis, CCTV, Cloud Administration, and PABX/ Telephone Systems

  • Strong troubleshooting, decision making and communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday
