Be part of our growing TEAM The ICT Infrastructure Supervisor supervises the performance and reliability of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation, updating current network resources, and configuring new ones. The IT Supervisor also manages a team of technical engineers and plays a crucial role in addressing network security threats.
Job Responsibilities:Lead the technical support engineers in maintaining the computer hardware and software that comprise the network.Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures. Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational goals and industry standards. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and providers of ICT infrastructure, ensuring SLA and warranty adherence.
Oversee the installation and deployment of CCTV and ICT devices, peripherals, and others, based on department standards and guidelines, and approved by the department head. Administer the company's email server and ensure the overall security of official email accounts. Ensure confidentiality of ICT documents and information.
Qualifications:Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. At least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity as an IT Supervisor. Knowledge and experience in Network and Server Administration, Firewall Administration, Virtualization, Hardware Troubleshooting, Switches and Routers Configuration, VLANs, Routing Protocols, Network Analysis, CCTV, Cloud Administration, and PABX/Telephone Systems.
