We are looking for a Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in a construction setting.

The company is located in Mandaluyong City and mainly deals in residential leasing, looking to expand more into developing in the Mandaluyong area.

Tasks include:

  • Quality control for day-to-day maintenance works of residential building

  • Project tracking for maintenance works of a residential building

  • Ability to lead construction projects for new buildings and structures

  • Personnel dispatching, scheduling, and leadership

  • Proper implementation of best practices for material recommendations and material purchasing recommendations

  • Coordinate with the admin office for projects and operational support for maintenance works.

Must have the initiative to create and organize systems that lead people to do good work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
