We cater to architecture, construction, and oil & gas industries, combining intelligent automation with expert designers for fast, accurate, and scalable support. Our team specializes in 2D/3D AutoCAD drafting, Revit modeling, P&ID layouts, and AI-enhanced design workflows. Beyond project-based services, we also provide AI consulting, enterprise SaaS licensing, and training programs to help design firms embrace smart drafting and automation.

Role Description

  • Krafzen is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our growing team on a performance-based revenue share model for an initial period of 3-4 months.
  • This is a remote role open to developers located in the Philippines or Indonesia, with required availability during EST or PST time zones (approximately 30 hours per week).
  • Developers will work on building and optimizing scalable, high-performance web applications and automation workflows that power Krafzen's AI-driven services. Successful contributors may be offered full-time employment with a base salary after the evaluation period, once funding is secured.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of Krafzen's web applications
  • Build and integrate APIs, databases, and automation systems (including tools like n8n or Make)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with attention to performance and security
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems to ensure reliability and scalability

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Python, , and (both front-end and back-end development)
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with database management (SQL or NoSQL) and API integrations
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or Make is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Must be located in the Philippines and able to work during EST/PST time zones
