Overview

We are building a leadership development and organizational culture platform that helps organizations strengthen leadership capabilities and foster healthier workplaces. The platform is powered by a structured leadership framework designed to assess, develop, apply, and measure leadership effectiveness at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack React Developer to join a small, collaborative team. You will play a key role in building, enhancing, and scaling the platform, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust user-facing features using ReactJS
  • Architect and optimize scalable backend data models and database-driven systems using PostgreSQL
  • Develop responsive, consistent, and modern interfaces using Tailwind CSS
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation
  • Work closely with team members to plan, design, and deliver high-impact features
  • Contribute directly to technical decisions within a small, highly collaborative product team.

What You Bring:

  • ReactJS with 6+ years of hands-on experience building complex, production-grade web applications
  • PostgreSQL with 4+ years of experience, including database design, performance optimizations, and data integrity management
  • Tailwind CSS (or utility-first CSS frameworks) with 4+ years of experience creating responsive, scalable user interfaces
  • Proven ability to leverage AI-powered development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery outcomes

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Remix IDE with at least 1 year of practical experience
  • NextJS with at least 1 year of experience building real-world applications
  • Exposure to leadership development platforms, learning management systems, or similar domains is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or professional training
