About the role
We are looking for a Podcast Outreach Coordinator to support the podcast operations. This role will be responsible for guest research and outreach, managing communications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating high-quality podcast guests while managing the end-to-end scheduling process. 

The ideal candidate will thrive in building relationships, conducting outreach through multiple channels, and handling the administrative tasks required to ensure smooth podcast operations. Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential podcast guests that align with the company's audience and themes.
  • Conduct outreach to potential guests through email and social media, managing communications professionally and authentically.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars for podcast hosts, ensuring all interviews are scheduled and confirmed accurately.
  • Maintain and update Asana boards with outreach progress, guest details, and podcast category tracking.
  • Prepare and organise relevant notes and documentation for upcoming interviews.
  • Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling, follow-ups, and tracking outreach.
  • Identify potential new guest leads based on existing interviews and audience relevance.
  • Prepare and share weekly reports outlining outreach efforts, guest responses, and booking progress.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials, while contributing to process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in outreach, booking, lead generation, administrative coordination, or other similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable managing outreach communications via email and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when managing calendars and outreach tracking.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in podcast production, media, or content creation is an advantage but not essential.
