Position Summary
We are hiring a Referral Outreach Specialist for one of our U.S. clients in the Senior Placement industry. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled at building connections with healthcare professionals.

Role Overview
The Referral Outreach Specialist will be responsible for:
- High-volume daily cold calling
- Connecting with social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and referral staff
- Securing introductions and gathering contact information
- Setting in-person appointments for the client
- Building and maintaining a referral pipeline
- Conducting healthcare facility research within designated regions
- Updating lead trackers, spreadsheets, and outreach records
- Drafting follow-up emails on behalf of the client
- Coordinating schedules, booking meetings, and updating calendars
- Supporting LinkedIn outreach (preferred but not required)
This is a phone-heavy, outreach-driven role that requires confidence, clarity, and a professional communication style.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare lead generation is required
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours
- Exceptional spoken English — clear, professional, and articulate
- Confident phone presence and comfortable with high-volume calling
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound outreach
- Experience with U.S. healthcare, senior care, or home care is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness skills
- Tech-savvy: excellent at online research, Google tools, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, CRM use
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Independent worker with initiative and follow-through
- Warm, friendly, and professional personality
