JOB DESCRIPTION

· Attends internal and external project meetings, as necessary

· Creates general timeline as the basis of project implementation

· Plan all aspects of the project including all scoping documents, tasks, resources, dependencies timelines, risk matrices and budgets

· Assist the client in determining scheme requirements, mandates and certifications

· Ensures resource availability and allocation

· Assist in the documentation of business requirements and functional and non-functional specifications to be used to configure and subsequently implement various business solutions

· Monitors business solution requests and deliveries

· Updates the status of the project- internal and external

· Reports issues and concerns affecting the timeline and delivery of the projects to the project team – internal and external

· Reports cost implications due to client change requests and special handlings

· Project delivery including that of test acceptance, documentation delivery, hand-over to production and operations

· Control project design and planning activities

· Prepare and manage the training schedule for the live implementation

· Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION

· At least 2-years end-to-end PM experience preferably in a technical background Experience in a Telco environment is a plus

· Experience with and understanding of project management development and tracking tools

· Experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment

· Demonstrated experience in delivering Business / IT Projects

· A comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies, project life cycle and project documentation

· Proficient in English with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

· A motivated self-starter with good organizational skills

· Strong planning, analysis and documentation skills

· Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritizes work

· Able to build rapport with Senior staff and a variety of internal stakeholders

· Excellent negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
