We are looking for a Licensed Pharmacist with a passion for regulatory work to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. In this role, you'll handle permits, licenses, and compliance with FDA and other government agencies—ensuring our operations run smoothly and legally.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, process, and renew permits, licenses, and certifications with FDA, LGUs, and other agencies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all regulatory communications and submissions.
  • Monitor changes in government policies and regulations and ensure timely compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and review necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory transactions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Support audits and inspections, ensuring all compliance standards are met.

Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist (required). Fresh passers are encouraged to apply

Experience in regulatory affairs, permits, or compliance preferred (fresh passers are welcome to apply).

Knowledge of FDA regulations and documentation processes.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Proactive and willing to handle fieldwork (visiting FDA, LGUs, etc.).

Office Location:

14A 3rd St. New Manila, Quezon City (landmarks: LRT Gilmore Station, St. Paul University)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
