Job Description:

  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of changes in product labeling, safety guidelines, and distribution protocols.
  • Ensure that all products sold are registered (if required) and compliant with FDA, DOH, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Review marketing materials (labels, flyers, online promotions) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Oversee timely application, renewal, and monitoring of:

  • FDA License to Operate (LTO)

  • Product registration (for food supplements, cosmetics, etc.)

  • CPR (Certificate of Product Registration), if applicable

  • Ensure all stores and distribution centers maintain updated business permits and health licenses.

  • Evaluate product classifications (cosmetic, drug, food supplement, household hazardous, etc.).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance and complete documentation (e.g., COA, MSDS, product information).
  • Ensure proper product labeling, shelf-life monitoring, and proper handling guidelines.
  • Lead a team of regulatory personnel or designated store compliance officers.
  • Conduct training on regulatory requirements, product knowledge, and store-level compliance practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for FDA inspections and compliance audits.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in retail, FMCG Industry
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations on food, cosmetics, and household products.
  • Experience in handling LTO, CPR applications, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
