  1. Product & Brand Strategy

· Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual business plans for assigned brands or product categories.

· Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.

· Position products effectively in the market to build brand equity and drive market share.

  1. New Product Development (NPD)

· Lead new product development projects in coordination with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales.

· Prepare business cases, including volume forecasts, pricing, and profitability analysis.

· Oversee product packaging development and artwork approval.

  1. Marketing & Promotions

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and consumer activations.

· Work with advertising and media agencies for ATL & BTL campaigns.

· Develop POS materials, merchandising guidelines, and sales tools.

  1. Financial Management

· Manage product P&L, pricing strategies, and budgets.

· Monitor product sales performance vs targets, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Coordinate closely with Sales to align on distribution plans, channel strategies, and key account programs.

· Work with Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability and optimize stock levels.

  1. Market & Performance Analysis

· Regularly track market shares, consumer trends, Nielsen / retail audit data, and internal sales reports.

· Provide reports and insights to management to support decision making.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.

· At least 3-5 years of experience in brand or product management in an FMCG environment.

· Strong understanding of consumer marketing, trade marketing, and product lifecycle management.

· Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers.

· Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.

· Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
