Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Technical Skills:

(1) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.);

(2) Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin is required

(3) with experience in related industry is a plus

  • Key Competencies:

(1) High attention to detail and accuracy;

(2) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

(3) Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;

Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Daily Operations:

(1) Supervise canteen staff (cooks, servers, cleaners) and ensure efficient service

(2) Address customer (employees/students) feedback and resolve complaints

(3) Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation

  • Menu & Inventory:

(1) Manage food and consumables inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste

(2) Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries and negotiate pricing

(3) Plan cost-effective, nutritious menus in collaboration with cooks.

  • Hygiene & Safety:

(1) Enforce strict compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, local health codes)

(2) Conduct regular cleanliness inspections of kitchen/dining areas

  • Financial Oversight:

(1) Track daily sales, expenses

(2) Prepare monthly reports on canteen profitability and cost-saving opportunities
