Your Day-to-Day


• Support, configure, and enhance ServiceNow's ITSM capabilities.


• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.


• Design, develop, and improve ITSM processes such as incident, problem, change, and request management.


• Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet business needs — including creating and modifying workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies.


• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for service delivery.


• Interpret data sets, identify trends, and convert findings into actionable recommendations for service improvements.


• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with service delivery goals and performance targets.


• Maintain up-to-date documentation for ITSM processes, performance metrics, and reporting procedures.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field with strong programming fundamentals.


• At least 12 years of proven experience as a SNOW Developer or Administrator.


• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management).


• Amenable to a hybrid work setup.


• Open to a 1-year fixed contract, subject to extension.

Work Setup


• Location: Makati, Hybrid setup (2 days work from office)


• Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
