 Your Day-to-Day

• Create purchase and Transfer Orders including sourcing products to meet business deadlines


• Expedite delay orders with suppliers according to current demand


• Create new Item codes in ERP & WMS


• Maintaining inventory items % pricing in ERP system


• Assist with stock reallocation in ERP system


• Managing sourcing of products in line with MSA & contract terms for the categories


• Work with legal team to ensure appropriate contractual terms are implemented with all category suppliers managed


• Screen supply markets for innovative opportunities


• Independently manage the sourcing process


• Propose and execute cost effectiveness and optimization across categories


• Work with legal team to ensure appropriate contractual terms are implemented with all category suppliers managed


• Provide support for Procurement, Residential, Distribution Sales and SBES Operation teams


• Work with Demand Planner's forecast, execute demand, and optimize best price


• Coordinate the allocation of materials across various business units and locations


• Assist with periodic stock taking and maintenance

• Act as approver for all new vendor applications


• Work with suppliers to improve SIFOT, safety and quality performance through establishing clear guidelines, KPI's and expectations


• Maintain the procurement system including demand and supply planning, inventory minimum order quantities and lead times.


• Resolve and supply or delivery inconsistencies


• Vendor management, monthly/quarterly meeting reviews.
