As a Service Crew, you will be the face of our business, responsible for providing a memorable dining experience to our valued guests.

Positions Available:

  • Food Service Attendant
  • Counter Person
  • Cashier
  • Dishwasher / Busboy
  • Kitchen Helper

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Senior High Preferred)
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Willing to be assigned in any of the listed cities
  • Team player, hardworking, and customer-oriented

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
  • Work as part of a team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
