Applied AI Development & Automation

  • Developed, deployed, and maintained multi-modal conversational AI agents for receptionist tasks, multilingual support, service workflows, and internal operations.
  • Led evaluation of emerging frameworks, tools, and integration platforms as part of POC/MVP development cycles.

Client Demonstration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client demos, presenting functional prototypes and clearly articulating solution value and technical components.
  • Delivered confident and engaging walkthroughs during AI Lab sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations.
  • Translated client feedback into enhanced solution designs, improved user flows, and refined automation logic.

Internal Innovation & Collaboration

  • Collaborated with the AI Lab team in exploring new ideas, validating hypotheses, and running internal experiments for innovation initiatives.
  • Identified opportunities to apply AI-powered automation across multiple industries and client verticals.
  • Contributed to internal product development, reusable automation assets, and AI accelerators during non-client delivery cycles.

  • Exposure to CRM systems, contact center/BPO tech stacks, RPA, analytics tools, and no-code/low-code automation ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting international teams or clients (US, ANZ, global operations).
  • Background in SaaS, BPO, CX automation, or consulting-led environments.
