We are seeking a passionate and innovative
AI Consultant/Developer
to join our team in Manila. This dynamic, client-facing role focuses on rapidly
prototyping and delivering tangible AI and automation solutions
across diverse client use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applied AI Development & Automation:
    Design, rapidly prototype, and deploy AI solutions, focusing on
    process optimization, intelligent workflows, and low-code integrations
    . This includes building and maintaining
    multi-modal conversational and voice-based AI agents
    using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, , Power Automate) and APIs.
  • Client Demonstration & Engagement:
    Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading
    technical demos and client walkthroughs
    of working prototypes. Clearly articulate the solution's value and translate stakeholder feedback into improved designs.
  • Innovation & Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the AI Lab team to explore new technologies, run internal experiments, and contribute to
    internal product development and reusable solution assets
    .

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions (work, freelance, or personal projects) with practical use of
    LLMs (OpenAI/GPT or similar), NLP, or machine learning pipelines
    .
  • Consulting Skills:
    Demonstrated
    consultative approach
    , confidence in leading client workshops, delivering technical demos, and
    translating business needs
    into technical requirements. Strong written and spoken English is essential.
  • Mindset:
    Deep curiosity and passion for AI, a self-starter who thrives on experimentation, rapid tool adoption, and delivering useful, value-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Skills:
    Experience with Python/JavaScript, full-stack development, and platforms like VAPI, , Streamlit, or experience in consultative SaaS, BPO, or CX automation environments.
