About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company as a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and strategy of our innovative products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
  • Solid understanding of product development methodologies, such as agile and user-centered design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with Information & Communication Technology products and services
  • Have a certain foundation in common front-end and back-end technology stacks.
  • Have a certain foundation in function implementation logic.
  • Familiar with common development processes
  • Familiar with the establishment and management of demand pools
  • Familiar with project management management (workflow, human resources, development version)
  • Excellent logical thinking
  • Excellent content output ability (documentation, communication)
  • Excellent needs assessment skills (authenticity, priority)
  • Candidates with a basic knowledge of English and experience working in local games in the Philippines will be given priority
  • Excellent communication skills, Chinese speaking is an advantage.
