About the Role:

The position is primarily responsible for reviewing all payment requests and its supporting documents and revolving fund monitoring of various companies. The position is also responsible for preparation and analysis of the companies' financial statement and other financial reports."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the accounting team in daily operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
