We are looking for a talented and creative Web Developer with a strong eye for design to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building beautiful, functional, and interactive websites, primarily using WordPress. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our web projects, from initial design concepts to development, launch, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our marketing and corporate websites, with a primary focus on the WordPress platform.
  • Interactive Experiences: Create engaging and interactive web pages and features that capture user attention and effectively communicate our brand message.
  • CMS Management: Manage and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements. Experience with other Content Management Systems (CMS) is a significant plus.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all web properties are fully responsive and provide an optimal user experience across all devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile).
  • Technical Support: Manage our web hosting environment, respond to inbound support tickets in a timely manner, and troubleshoot website issues.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members when necessary, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to translate ideas and requirements into tangible, high-quality web experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in web development and design, particularly with creating marketing-focused websites.
  • WordPress Expertise: Deep knowledge of WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin customization, and best practices for performance and security.
  • Design Portfolio: A strong design portfolio is required. Please provide a link to your portfolio showcasing your best work, including live websites you have designed and built.
  • Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Web Hosting: Basic understanding of web hosting environments and ability to manage support tickets related to hosting.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Plus if you have:
  • Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Webflow, Drupal, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with PHP and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Cpanel and Web Hosting tools
