Podean is seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Specialist who will serve as the go-to expert for the company's tools, platforms, and technology processes. In this full-time role, you will enable our teams to do their best work by ensuring our technology ecosystem runs seamlessly – all while growing your skills, taking ownership of meaningful projects, and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do

  • Help in managing the company's technology operations, serving as one of the primary points of contact for all IT-related matters (software issues, resolving access problems, supporting system upgrades, security, and all other technology-related matters).
  • Provide hands-on technical support to employees by troubleshooting software issues, resolving access problems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Administer and optimize key tools, platforms, and technology processes to improve efficiency and reliability across the organization.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations while minimizing downtime and disruption.
  • Guide and educate employees on technology best practices and security protocols to strengthen organizational compliance and resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, with proven experience in technical support across Windows and macOS environments.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues, and with solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with managing collaboration and productivity tools, including Slack, Asana, Password Managers, Google Suite, and Amazon platforms (Seller Central, Vendor Central).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and support teams across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, user-friendly technical guidance.
  • Relevant IT support certifications and experience in marketing or advertising industries are a plus.
