Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Waiter position located at Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Waiter will provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, advising on food and beverage options, and delivering meals in a timely and professional manner. The Waiter ensures a clean and organized workspace and assists in maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to provide a welcoming experience to guests.
  • Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity and serving etiquette.
  • Experience in Food Service, including taking orders and ensuring accurate and efficient meal delivery.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
  • Basic Cooking knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
