Job Title: Bartender

Department: Bar / Front of House

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Bar Supervisor

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized bar area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and portion controls
  • Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper sanitation of the bar area and equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or breakages to the supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service policies
  • Check guest identification when required and promote responsible alcohol consumption
  • Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and cashiers regarding orders and billing
  • Handle bar opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cleaning
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and grooming requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent
  • Experience as a bartender or bar staff member in a restaurant or bar setting is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
  • Physically fit and able to work standing for long hours
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Willing to be assigned at Commonwealth QC
  • Can start ASAP

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
