Job Summary :

The Content Producer will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing and videos shoots, as well as producing engaging digital contents for Mikana's marketing channels. This role requires hands-on involvement in pre production processes to ensure all materials meet brand standards. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in content production, strong creative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing, design, and branding teams. The Content Producer will play a key role in delivering high - quality visuals that elevate brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, coordinate, and execute videos shoots, ensuring smooth production from concept to completion

- Produce high - quality content for social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital marketing

- Assist in creating shot lists, concepts, and visual directions in alignment with marketing objectives.

- Handle basic camera operations, lighting setup, and styling coordination during shoots.

- Edit and finalize video outputs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity

- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop content that supports campaigns and product highlights.

- Organize, label, and maintain digital assets and efficient access and content management.

- Ensure all produced content meets deadlines and maintains the brand's elevated and cohesive look.

Qualifications :

years of experience as a Content Producer, Video Editor, Videographer

- Demonstrated experience handling shoots, content production, and digital creative outputs.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop , Premiere Pro, Lightroom; After Effects is a plus).

- Basic understanding of camera settings, lightning techniques, and content styling

- Strong Knowledge of social media trends and content formats.

- Creative, detail - oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast - paced enviroment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience working on brand campaign shoots

- Familiarity with visual storytelling and content strategy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php26,000.00 per month
