Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in a related field


• At least 8 years of experience, with a proven track record as a design lead or senior creative


• Expertise in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and brand systems


• Proficient in design and print production processes


• Strong communication and client-facing abilities


• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire creative teams


• Skilled in project management, budget alignment, and cross-team coordination


• Recognized for developing strategic branding solutions (especially for high-profile or Fortune 500 clients)


• Able to make smart creative decisions that support marketing goals and client needs


• Familiarity with industry tools, technologies, and trends
