Core responsibilities

  • Washing and sanitizing:

Operate dishwashing machines and handwash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure they are clean and sanitized.
- Maintaining cleanliness:

Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and other work surfaces clean by sweeping, mopping, and wiping them down.
- Waste disposal:

Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles throughout the shift.
- Storage and organization:

Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, and help organize storage areas.
